What does BidHub actually cost? A day of 80 applications for $3.22

2:56 · Oct 5, 2026

The question every new BidHub user asks: it's pay-as-you-go, so what will it actually cost me? This video follows John from day one. His account, profile and Chrome extension are free and he starts with $0.10 of credit. Autofill of static fields is free; only an AI-written open-ended answer costs $0.0005. Resume tailoring is free on every model — GLM, GPT, even Claude Opus. Opening a job link from the board costs $0.002, and the video explains why: the board is built by our crawlers plus the jobs members find and apply to, and a tiny fee keeps it a board people contribute to, so it stays fresh and interviews keep coming. Then John hands 80 applications a day to the Apply Agent at $0.035 each — human assistants included, about half what human apply assistants charge — and the day's receipt comes to $3.22, less than his $5.50 latte. A month of that is about $71. The only monthly items are optional: a $7 mailbox connection and a $3 calendar add-on, plus a one-time $20 if you want your own PDF layout made tailorable.
