For assistants: how you and your job seeker work together on BidHub
Your job seeker uses BidHub and shared their profile with you — this film shows what happens next, end to end, filmed on the real product. Their side: the profile they own (facts, documents, rules and saved answers), Human Assistants, and the hand-off to your username, with your access set to read-only or can edit, screenshots on or off, and who pays for AI answers. Your side: a free account signed up as an Assistant, the shared profile in your list, and the BidHub Chrome extension — Autofill fills the form from your job seeker's facts, you read the result and press Submit yourself, and a question the form invents is answered from the profile in their own voice; BidHub checks each job against their rules first and marks a mismatch Disqualified, with the reason, and your traffic leaves through a connection near their location. Who checks the work: every application is recorded the moment you submit it — the job, your name, the resume, the answers and screenshots of each step — your job seeker reviews it in Application Review with a thumbs up or down and a reason, every review carries the reviewer's name, Human Assistants shows the whole picture and the Payment Report counts what is payable at the rate they set, and you see your own numbers under Statistics. The reviewing can be handed to a friend, a coach or your manager with the same hand-off; only the owner adds or removes assistants. No job seeker yet?
